Communicate strategy to a variety of audiences
ScenarioYou have been appointed the director of strategic planning for the Fortune Global 500 company you selected in Module One.
The vice president of strategy and operations (VP) has confided in you that strategic planning has been a challenge for the company over the past year; specifically, crafting new strategies and aligning them to the company’s mission and goals. You have now been tasked with creating a new strategic planning proposal to help the company explore at least one new growth opportunity to increase its revenue or market share in the industry.
Your proposal should present a detailed analysis of the company’s internal and external environments as well as specific actions the company can take over the next five years to achieve the targeted growth. Your proposal will be presented to various stakeholders at different levels in the organization, so you will need to adapt parts of your proposal to suit different needs. Additionally, you will need to send a shorter executive summary of your proposal to the leadership team.

Present the results of your analysis.Competitors (slide 5): Identify at least two of your company’s top competitors and explain how they compete with your company.
Competitive advantages (slides 6–11): Evaluate your company’s competitive advantages.Summarize the unique skill sets, products, location, and values of your company.

Area of opportunity (slides 12–13): Identify one area of opportunity that will help your company increase its revenue or market share over the next five years. Explain how this opportunity can lead to an increase in revenue or market share.
Conduct a buy-build-ally analysis for your company and recommend actions your company can take to realize your identified opportunity within five years.Implementation strategy (slides 14–17): Recommend an implementation strategy for your company.Determine whether the company will need to buy, build, or ally with another company. Consider the skills, facilities, products, and services the company will need, to capitalize on the identified opportunity.
Use the speaker notes of your presentation to explain the strategy behind your buy, build, and ally recommendations.
Timeline (slides 18–19): Construct a timeline of what your company should achieve by the end of each year for the next five years.
(Note: Use both on-screen text and speaker notes to convey your information effectively. For example, you can use brief bulleted lists summarizing the highlights of your analysis on the slide and include more detailed explanations where needed in your speaker notes.)

PLEASE FOLLOW YOUR INSTRUCTIONS ZERO PLAGIARISM 5 REFERENCES Understanding the strengths of each type of therapy and which type of therapy is most appropriate for each client is an essential skill of the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. In this Discussion, you will compare Existential-Humanistic therapy to a therapy you select from the previous weeks of this course. You will identify the strengths and challenges of each and describe a fictional client that you think is best suited for each. Learning Objectives Students will: Compare types of psychotherapy To prepare: Review this week’s Learning Resources Review this week’s media and consider the insights provided. Review the other types of psychotherapy presented in this course and select the one that resonates with you the most at this time By Day 3 Post a summary of the psychotherapy that you selected and explain why it resonates with you the most at this time. COMMENT MARIA
I NEED A POSITIVE COMMENT BASEDIN THIS ARGUMENT..BETWEEN 150-200 WORDS Per Course-notes.org the sampling theory is defined as a field of statistics that is involved with the collection, analysis and interpretation of data collected from random samples of a population. In other words, if we want to study all people with schizophrenia in Arizona, how would we do it? It is nearly impossible to study all of them- or the entire population that have schizophrenia, therefore, only a small part of the population is going to be studied, this is a sample. Generality can be defined as the research findings and conclusions from a study conducted on a sample population applied to the population at large. In other words, generalizability depends on the degree to which the sample result can represent of the population. As an example, the researcher studies a sample of people with schizophrenia from Arizona than applies the results to a larger population with schizophrenia. Or a nurse studies a sample of population who had a fall in Progressive Care Unit in the last 5 years and applies the results to the entire population admitted to PCU. Some requirements of generality are the need to have a study sample that represents some population of interest in our case people with schizophrenia, to understand the contexts in which the studies are done and how these studies influence the results. However, it does not matter how carefully researchers are during the research, there is no absolute guarantee that the results obtained in a study will occur in every situation outside the study. U.S. UNIIONS
In moments of frustration, some U.S. labor leaders have claimed that U.S. unions would be better off with a deregulation of labor law and a return to the ?law of the jungle. How would a return to voluntarism affect U.S. unions? Workers? Employers? What might be the pros and cons of adopting the German system of mandatory works councils in the United States? Employers commonly try to portray unions in a negative light by characterizing them as outside third-party organizations. Is this accurate if unions are composed of employees? Describe how the pluralist industrial relations school of thought sees value in having a union as both an outsider and an insider. In what direction(s) should U.S. labor unions go to serve these roles in the 21st century? What is a corporation’s social responsibility? Are there corporate labor relations practices that should be unacceptable? If so, how should these standards be enforced?

Health Education Patient Counselor
Prior to beginning work on this assignment, please read the attached article Kessler and Alverson (2013) Influence of Lifestyle, Health Behavior, and Health Indices on the Health Status of Underserved Adults. For this assignment, you will assume the role of a health educator professional. In this role, you will create a client record for a fictitious person with one of these major health issues: alcohol dependency, diabetes, obesity, tobacco use, stress, or a chronic disease. Include the required elements in your client record. -Name, Photo, and Demographic Information: Include your client’s age, gender, race, ethnicity, marital status, occupation, sexual orientation, language, religious orientations, and location of residence (country, state, and region). -Symptoms and Diagnosis: List the client’s medical diagnosis, major health risks, and any cognitive, behavioral, or physiological symptoms. List the client’s presenting problem (e.g., lack of physical activity, poor diet, negative coping skills), and any cognitive, behavioral, or physiological symptoms. -Psychosocial Factors: Describe the client’s personal and cultural background including family history, mental health disorders, substance-related issues, previous treatments and belief systems related to culture. Assess how these factors have influenced the client’s health and wellness. -Special Considerations: List any physical, social and/or economic barriers that the client may have. This may include allergies, dietary needs, or restrictions. -Assessment: Describe the client’s current knowledge about his/her condition and level of conviction and confidence towards changing the targeted behaviors. -Create a brief transcript of your first session with the fictitious client you created. In your transcript, demonstrate how you would utilize reflection, paraphrasing, silence, and minimal encouragers to build rapport with the client. Be sure to notate who is speaking in bold font similar to the following example: COUNSELOR: Hi, I’m Susan. I’m your counselor. CLIENT: Hello, I’m Bill. It certainly is snowing hard out there. COUNSELOR: Yes, it is. Did you have any trouble getting here? CLIENT: Doc, why aren’t you asking me more questions about my mental illness? COUNSELOR: John, I see counseling being most helpful when you’re talking with me about your feelings. That’s the best way for both of us to learn about what’s going on with you.” CLIENT: I’m at the end of my rope. I’m so frustrated” -Once you have created your transcript, reflect on what it was like to apply basic counseling skills. Explain why it is important to pace and lead the client, address assumptions, and plan for termination in the initial session. Support your response with information from the Dollarhide, Shavers, Baker, Dagg, and Taylor (2012) which is attached. -Next, identify at least one Health Behavior Measurement from Chapter 24 in Hilliard, Riekert, Ockene, and Pbert (2018) that you would use to gather information about the client’s overall health and wellness https://platform.virdocs.com/r/s/0/doc/426088/sp/18096529/mi/60420992?cfi=4286102961613. -Describe the format and state whether the assessment would result in the client becoming defensive or facilitate self-exploration. -Finally, evaluate the appropriateness of the assessment from a cultural perspective, and explain how you would share the results with the client.
