Identify strategic alternatives that create value for the company. Which ones are focused on internal growth and what do they offer to the company? What are the drawbacks of these strategies? Which ones are focused on external growth and what do they offer the company? What are the drawbacks of these strategies?
How would you use a decision matrix to identify the leading alternative? Explain how you determined the values used to distinguish between each option. What about the matrix, if anything, may be limiting in its use value to an analyst or decision maker?
What factors might inhibit the success of the optimal strategic alternative identified? How can the issues you identified be addressed and corrected?
Growing an organization is not always about increasing the size of the firm. If expansion is not the main focus, what other elements lend themselves to growth of the firm? How might each be achieved?

Then, building on your work in Module 2 Capstone Project Milestone and with a specific focus on your service project at the company you selected, develop the following draft subsections of your project:
Work Breakdown Structure and Work Breakdown Structure Dictionary—Following the structure provided in section 5.4.3.1 in A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge. Your WBS should have no less than 3 levels of detail.
Gannt Chart—Create a Gantt chart that follows your WBS and identifies predecessors, resources, start and end dates, as well as work group packages.
Your well-written paper must meet the following requirements:
2-4 pages in length, not including cover, references page, and appendices (Only the current 2-4 pages are required now. You do not need to provide the Module 2 draft revisions. Only include the newly required Module 4 draft subsections.).
Supporting documents must appear in appendices.
For this milestone, include 2 new sources which must be current, scholarly sources from peer-reviewed journal articles published within the most recent three years and accessed from the library databases or other academic sources. Textbooks will not count toward peer-reviewed requirements but may be used as quality sources if published within the most recent three years. The use of the PMBOK® Guideas a quality source is strongly suggested. The PMBOK® Guide is not a scholarly resource. You must have at least 1 current, scholarly source.
