Management Question

There are 3 (three) questions which each needs to be answered in a separate word document with their own references and in text citations. Each essay should be approximately 1000 words, double spaced, Times New Roman and should clearly answer the question.
The following represent the 3 questions
1. Critically discuss the impact of New Public Management (NPM) reforms on public service corruption and how public managers should address the issues of corruption arising from NPM. Use necessary example(s) to illustrate your answer.
2. Can e-governance improve public service delivery and in what ways? Use examples to substantiate your arguments.
3. Critically discuss to what extent New Public Management reforms, such as privatization and contracting or outsourcing, have enabled public sector managers to achieve ‘more for less’. Develop your answer to the question using relevant examples.
This means that the final work should consists of 3 different document, 1 for each question with its own references. Considering this is a writing task, academic vocabulary and lack of grammar errors is vital.

Please do not take this project on unless all sets are done correctly. Please write the main Discussion Board

Management Assignment Help Please do not take this project on unless all sets are done correctly. Please write the main Discussion Board in about 400 words. I will attach the instructions for this called “Main DB instructions.” This is due no later than Wednesday the 12th. Once I submit the main DB, I will upload two students’ posts to which you will need to reply with two sentences, asking at least one question. I will attach the instructions on how to respond to the students called “Response to classmates.” My teacher might reply and ask another question after I post mine, so I will need you to respond to him with the answer to whatever question he asks, he will not ask questions if the assignment is done correctly. The replies to the classmates are due by Friday the 14th and the reply to the teacher is due by Sunday the 16th. This should total 550 words. Please do not write over 400 words on the main DB because I will not pay extra for another page to be done. There are two parts to this Discussion Board. In the final paper, please separate Part 1 and Part 2. I have been having multiple problems with writers not understanding the replying to the other students. If you read the attached instruction, it will tell you how to reply. Please include one resource from the book and one from another source. I am unable to upload chapters 1

PART A
My university’s overall culture is about providing an innovative and experiential medical education in an inclusive environment. This mission is very similar to Rosalind Franklin University’s commitment to interprofessional and diversity. I agree with it because this vision of equal and equitable healthcare for patients starts with the professional development of healthcare professionals who care for them. My medical school excels at providing opportunities for its students. However, as a for-profit organization, many decisions by leadership must cater to the shareholders’ interests. To ensure that every student has a fair chance, leadership must holistically weigh each individual student’s background to provide the most tailored and resourceful support to ensure equal opportunities when studying for boards and applying to residencies.
PART B
To Err is Human is one of the landmark publications on how a culture focused on blaming wasn’t the solution to disciplining medical professionals. Before the nurse is forsaken by the healthcare organization, there should at least be discussions about the kind of support she received. Her behavior in public may not necessarily reflect the care she provides her patients. Disciplinary actions should still be taken though when it comes to patient safety. If she takes responsibility for her actions and becomes driven to change for the better this should also be taken into account. While there were multiple reports on public intoxication and disorderly conduct, I don’t think how she makes the organization look should be the focus on revoking her license. Rather, if she was found to have a substance use disorder or if her performance at work was being impacted, then centering this decision on patient well-being would be warranted. I imagine the appeals court most likely upheld the decision to revoke her license because society still holds healthcare workers to much higher standards of conduct no matter the setting. Suspending her license and offering to give her time to seek counseling and treatment before terminating her professional career would’ve given her a chance at redemption that was inclusive of her well-being.
PART C
This podcast was very captivating because they did an excellent job at respectfully revealing the story of the human being behind the HeLa cell line. Henrietta Lacks’ and the manner in which the HeLa cell line was obtained has been a decades-long ethical debate. Henrietta died young at the age of thirty-one, and her eldest surviving daughter Deborah was an infant at the time. I also like the emphasis they placed on how this news impacted the family when they first found out twenty-five years after Henrietta’s death. How it affected Deborah throughout her life is an aspect that is less often mentioned, because it also showed the lack of empathy that many scientists felt towards the family’s questions and concerns. I’m very much looking forward to reading this book.
