Clients do stop in every so often, and I feel if we have a more diverse staff, we would not seem racist or sexist. It is important to make a good impression on potential buyers. Also, as our company continues to expand, so do our competitors. After some research, it has been brought to my attention that many other of our competitors are starting, if they havent already, instating their own diversity programs. We need to get a step up on the competition, and I dont want to get left behind. As this program develops, an improvement in working well with others will cause higher company morale. “Michelangelo Buonarotti was the most famous artist of the Italian Renaissance, and one of the greatest artists of all time.” (Encyclopedia, pg.398) Michelangelo was a sculpture, architect, and painter. He started to develop his talents, at an early age.
Michelangelo was born on March 6, 1475, in the small Italian village of Caprese near Florence. (Personal, pg.1) At age 12, Michelangelo became an apprentice painter, to Domenico Ghirlandajo. There after he started sculpting, one of the less popular forms of art during this time period. (Encyclopedia, pg.398)
Sculpting was Michelangelos one true passion. “Michelangelo resisted the paintbrush, vowing with his characteristic vehemence that his sole tool was the chisel.” (Sunsite, pg.1) Michelangelos statue named “David” is his most well known. He started creating the statue of “David” in 1501 and completed his masterpiece in 1504. Throughout the next couple of weeks, the Mandalay Wolverines held football practice every day after school from 2:45 until 5:00. We always started with some team stretching and then we moved to our positional drills. As the days and practices went by, I made many new friends. All the starters, me included, began to hang out together, in and out of school. That is just the way it went. Mike, Brandon, Eric, Tim, Derek, Ben, and I were hanging out together all the time. Eventually, they introduced to me to all the cool kids in school and the feeling of being the new kid went away. I was now a football player. And best of all, our first game was coming up.
The most exciting day of the week for an athlete, the day of the first game, was suddenly upon us. I reminisce about proudly wearing my football jersey to school on that day, not concentrating on anything but the game. We were playing Oberon Middle School that Friday. All day long I couldnt concentrate on anything but playing football. Everything my teachers said in class was a blur. I didnt see anyone else in the hallways except for the guys in the blue and white jerseys. After the 7th period bell rang, I rushed to the locker room. Everything was quiet and out of nowhere came three people dressed in military uniform, yelling at the top of their lungs, giving various commands such as, pick up our bags, set them down, sit down, stand upThis went on for about 15 minutes, then we were whisked up to the dorms. The next 12 weeks of my life would teach me to be independent, work as a team player and be able to function within constraints.
I remember the first few days to my new life, thinking I was about to enter the Navy. Sure I’ve done a lot of difficult, hard work on my front end and was in my late twenties, the Navy is usually one of the hardest jobs and you could be in great positions for a couple of years before you can even really do it. In late September I flew my first F-16C Hornet test flight. With my first ever F-16C test flight, one of my closest friends was already there, she was still in high school with an A-4 Thunderbolt II to get her military training ready. We flew the first of many more test flights and she would be flying from Texas with us to Colorado, Utah and South Bend for training during the winter holidays. After 6 long weeks of getting up early before the crack of dawn, learning to shower and get dressed in minimal time, and being taught the basics in financial management I was given several skills that would make me a responsible adult in my future career. I was now going to complete a 6 week technical school for aircraft maintenance and be permanently assigned to a base where I would be allowed to prove myself using all the skills the military had taught me. These skills would allow me to show my trustworthiness in my work abilities, the ability to show my independence and prove I was a professional Airman, which are options that I may not have received if I had gone on to college and continued on as a student.

The class I have been trying to make is a lot more fun than what I originally planned it to be. I have worked and practiced so many things, it’s easy to spend 15 minutes reading books on each subject, but it never feels too short-lived because what’s fun is being able to go back and revisit those topics and try something. The rest of the class was much more fun and filled with other interesting conversations as well.
I’ve found the class hard to learn and quite repetitive. This is also why I’m so happy to have done an additional part every time I came up with some interesting things to add. I really really like that I’ve enjoyed doing a bit more of a job in this role so the instructor and I are able to actually learn from each others’ mistakes and not worry about being forced to repeat them in future job interviews.

I started my career there in 1959, a few years after the bombing of the Pacific Air Station in Honolulu. The Air Force called it a high-tech city. As with the Navy, military bases are known for their military facilities. The Army National Guard maintains the facilities throughout the Country as they are known in many parts of the country. I had the opportunity to visit those facilities, as well as the bases. For a lot of these facilities I saw how the military treated civilians and the local community, all as a matter of public concern. I also saw that a lot of my other colleagues and family members were working at Coney Island to develop or build commercial aircraft, which was a great opportunity to work as an airman and then take it to new levels. I met and bonded with these people and the people I worked with to build a world wide standard of living. As I was spending my time at the Air Force I realized how the military has treated human lives and how many lives they have made and now that all of us are being put in great conditions we must come to terms with this fact.
My experiences during this time involved many things. I met with government officials from all parts of the United States through the Military and State Department as I set up shop. I watched my brothers and sisters take part in education, work their way up into the Army as instructors, develop their skills and experience with military personnel and contractors. I became acquainted with local and state politicians and other prominent figures and I met with people in the community that are very good at how they approach issues of local concern on a daily basis. I met with veterans of the Army to give them practical ideas on the future of the Air Force in their time.It appears that both the Air Force and the State Department have been taking steps to reduce the number of personnel at Air Force Base Hawaii. Upon arrival to my permanent base I was briefed on my responsibilities and how my job performance would affect several peoples lives while they were performing duties on the aircraft that I was to be working on. During the first month of work I was assigned to a senior mechanic who would evaluate my performance and maintenance ethics. This is where I was able to show my responsibility and integrity when fixing the aircraft. As I completed each task I was provided with a feedback on how I had completed the task at hand. Upon receiving the positive feedback I was assured that I had made the right choice for my career and would excel as an aircraft mechanic. We, as Americans, educate our children by putting them through years of schooling. A child is suggested to go through 13 years of schooling. After graduating high school, it is greatly recommended to go further onto college to become more educated in certain areas. There are thousands of schools throughout America, however. Therefore, the students at the many schools will learn different things. We gain our knowledge through many resources during these years of learning. Teachers, other students, computers, and much more are ways we attain our education. Computers are a dynamic addition to education, and could be considered to be almost like a school in itself. Computers have advanced our knowledge greatly since we have introduced them into our society, and started to use them in our everyday lives. This being the reason we now use them greatly in schooling.
Computers in schooling are used for many things. Computers enable students to share learning with others. Computers can greatly enhance the writing process of a student. It allows them to change things easily, cut things out of writing and move it to different places, add pictures, and many other attributes to writing. Computers should be compared to encyclopedias, libraries, newspapers, television and any other information tools used in the classroom. Computer knowledge does not however, replace any of the subject area skills. However, the spelling ability of a computer is much greater than most human’s ability. It has almost a built in dictionary which is not like a typical human. Students need to learn to do research on the Internet, but they also need to learn to research books. Students also need to learn to use a spellchecker, but they also need to learn to spell correctly and proofread their work without a computerized grammar checker. Students should be able to use the internet to research, but should also know how to research with books, encyclopedias, dictionaries and much more. People “must be able to use technology to achieve new levels of learning and to acquire new information age skills and abilities”(Tech. In Education 1).

Also, allowing the student to do many other things with their time which could increase their experience and knowledge. By using the Internet, students can chat in real-time with other students, study grammar, do listening and correspond with other students from all over the world.

I can’t think of a single school where teachers can get paid for taking students to their classes but I think most parents would work for their families and get a decent salary from doing so for many years, they work as they should. I’m not sure how many schools actually use paid and unpaid teachers but it is the norm. It’s why a lot of those who are working as a teacher seem to be out of social consciousness and are in debt to their parents and friends. We may get them back for a more significant amount of money after having paid them, but for children it’s not.

When the student who is in need of money begins the long process and begins making ends meet, there appears to be some misunderstanding about the role of financial aid. It’s not actually a financial aid system but rather, there are several factors at play which could affect how students can benefit from the program.
1. Students are likely to stay in school only after they get a certificate of competency, including a diploma and/or a master’s degree. Student’s education is not their primary goal. Instead of coming after graduating from school and studying an A-level curriculum, parents need to think about the students who will enroll and how best to accommodate these students. Students could enroll early if they have a solid academic record, or in some cases if they will enroll on time, but only during the semester (i.e., at school).
2. Most students do not go to a public school before they can complete a bachelor’s degree and only after completing the required minimum of six credits from the state (a major in engineering, business, music, math or a master’s degree)
Accordingly, parents need to pay for these expenses to help students get the time they deserve at a school with ample access to the right services and the proper services.
