Students will interview a social work supervisor and complete a Leadership Style Profile on that supervisor. The profile will include personal style(s) of leadership and personal adaptability and challenges to different leadership styles. The student will explore and analyze his/her actual or potential (desired) leadership style(s). Then the student will compare his/her own leadership style(s) with the interviewed supervisor’s leadership style(s). This paper is 4-5 pages long, excluding cover and references pages. Use Times New Roman, 12-font size; and apply APA (2019, 7th ed.).
