Database Marketing – Write My Paper Today college admissions essay help: college admissions essay help
This week you will obtain information on database marketing to support the Marketing Mix section of your Final Project. Database marketing centers on gathering customer-based information such as gender, age, occupation, and lifestyles. As an example, to better understand the wants and needs of patients and their families, the Happy Valley marketing director monitors activities on the long-term care center’s web page. Data is collected regarding specific links viewed such as activities, skilled care services offered, and physical therapy. If a certain link is viewed more than other links, this could indicate to the marketing director that potential patients and their family members prefer specific amenities or services. Those amenities or services would then be marketed as a priority for the organization. Considering your marketing plan for Trinity Health, construct a three- to four-page paper in which you:
-Describe your understanding of database marketing and how it could potentially be applied to your marketing plan for the Final Project.
-Discuss the benefits and drawbacks of using database marketing.
-State the ethical, legal, and HIPAA issues that need to be considered.
-Articulate reasons why you would implement or exclude the use of database marketing in your marketing plan for the Final Project.
-Must use at least three scholarly sources in APA style

In an article in the Journal of Statistics Education (vol. , no 2), Allen Shoemaker describes a study that was reported in the Journal of American Medical Association (JAMA). It is generally accepted that the mean temperature of an adult human is 98.6°F. In his article, Shoemaker uses the data from the JAMA article to test his hypothesis. The data for the JAMA article were collected from healthy men and women, ages 18 to 40, at the University of Maryland Center for Vaccine Development, Baltimore. Review the Engstrom case study (attached) looking specifically at organizational issues, and address the following:
II. Case Study: Root Cause Analysis & Solutions Development
a) Analyze root causes of known organizational issues from a human behavior perspective and validate your analysis with scholarly research evidence.b) Create solutions that are a direct remedy to the organizational issues by applying human behavior theories and concepts, and validate your recommendations with scholarly research evidence.c) Recommend strategic actions of sound change management practices that lead organizations in a proactive manner by applying human behavior theories and concepts.d) Explain the value and importance of description, understanding, prediction, and control as it applies to organizations as an open system.
Milestone One:
Introduction
Engstrom Auto Mirror which was opened in the year 1948 and has been in existence for close to 60 years there has been a success which is as a result of increase in productivity plus higher profits as well as challenging times which is characterized by reduction in production, lower morale plus economic downturn. In 2007 Engstrom Auto mirror plant which is located in Richmond, Indiana, employed 209 individuals. Beer and Collins (2008) detail the experience of the plant manager Ron Bent as well as how the actions and ideas, mainly implementing the Scanlon Plan affect the operational success of the organization.
Introduction of Case Study Analysis: Organizational Issues Milestone One Analysis
There are organizational issues within Engstrom Auto mirror that can be identified from the case study. The issues with Engstrom involve the process of communication as well as including a decrease in upwards communication, semantic barrier, transparency plus the loss of four prerequisites for having effectiveness in downwards communication (Beer & Collins,2008).
Upward communication is the flow of information from the employees to the management (Newstrom,2015). There was a decrease in the upward communication when Beer and Colling (2008) did describe the change in the employees’ suggestions which is from 305 proposals in the first year through the implementation of the Scanlon plan up to 50. This led to the reduction of upward communication which results in the managers lacking critical information which is required in coming up with informed decisions besides understanding employees’ needs (Newstrom,2015).
Semantic barriers in communication occur when recipients of the information could not understand the meaning of what has been written and said. These barriers are noted as employees did not understand the Scanlon bonus calculation as well as describing estimates being full of bean counter jargon (Beer & Collins,2008). Using specialized language in the calculation of bonuses created feelings of mistrust plus fairness in employees. Though the managers in the instance might feel they are transparent by sharing a detailed explanation of the bonus calculation transparency, honest plus timely sharing of the information between the individuals, is lost at the time when there is lack of clarity in the message (Newstrom,2015).
Moreover, the combination of absent positive attitudes from the management, management failing to get informed of employee’s needs, poor planning of communication as well as lack of trust between management and the staff (Newstrom,2015). As time continued progressing at Engstrom, the enthusiasm for Bent positive change dwindled when the downturn of the economy occurred. The conversation shifted from the discussion of positive happenings at Engstrom decreasing production plus layoff. Failure in being informed is evidenced at the start of the case study when Bent did fail in opening dialogue with employees concerning what should be changed to increase productivity.
Introduction of Case Study Analysis: Model Milestone One Analysis
The model for organizational behavior in this case is the custodial model. This model is usually based on the provision of economic security for the employees via wages plus other benefits which will lead to loyalty of the employees and their motivation. For the case of Engstrom Auto Mirror plant they were providing Scanlon plan bonus to motivate the employees. The problem arises when the company could not continue with the initial plan in place. The problem came up when they missed Scanlon plan bonuses which are a regular staple in the paycheck.
The personnel at the company could not be motivated in completing their daily tasks, there was lack of incentive to motivate the employees. This meant that the custodial model for employees had failed. In turn plant production was compromised. Scanlon bonus plan was created as the incentive for the employees exceeding workplace, this was made for rewards system for extra job. Unluckily, in due time, the employees were expecting to be rewarded for the meeting just the minimum work, reward system became the norm at the place of work and was being expected in everybody’s paycheck. If the employees had been rewarded for efforts, expected levels of performances will be high than normal; there was no reward given hence the behavior of employees could not change. Taking away the reward such as the percentage of individual paycheck, then the employee expected performance level will be low and undesirable.
In conclusion, why are plant employees’ high order needs not met, this is as a result of economic downturn, poor communication with the Bent plant manager, and ultimately as a result of Scanlon’s plan assuming employees will only require motivation through financial incentives.
Introduction of Case Study Analysis: Human Behavior Theory Milestone One Analysis
Though the economic downturn acts as the catalyst for the worsening numbers of production over some time motivation level at Engstrom steadily declining plus the engagement of the employees is lessened as indicated by the little upwards communication. By understanding Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, the organization could realize that giving more of the same rewards might have diminishing impacts on motivation (Newstrom,2015). Scanlon’s plan follows economic agency theory which indicates that when the organization utilizes compensation as the main factor for motivation, employees demonstrate behavior that meets the goals of an organization. Research by Olafsen et al., (2015) suggests that motivation of the employees is strong when the organization comes up with a stable interpersonal working environment through the provision of constructive performance feedback, recognition of talents plus the ability of the individual, asking of open questions besides offering opportunity for the employees for learning new skills. Scanlon Plan overdependence on the external incentive is cemented as the root cause for organizational issues facing Engstrom where if external motivation factors including bonuses provided by Scanlon plan are absent, employees could be motivated to perform well by the company providing non-monetary incentives.
The Scanlon plan over-dependence on the maintenance factors as the means for motivation, Scanlon plan is designed besides being implemented in the way that calculating the bonus is not explained clearly. Lacking understanding from the staff has led to feelings of unfairness. Bartol, Durham, and Poon (2001) argue that when individuals receive less recognition for work plus little rewards then they will end up feeling a sense of unfairness plus the perception of unfairness could be detrimental effect on motivation.

Assignment: Assessing and Diagnosing Patients With Substance-Related and Addictive Disorders – Write My Paper Today university essay help: university essay help
An important consideration when working with patients is their cultural background. Understanding an individual’s culture and personal experiences provides insight into who the person is and where he or she may progress in the future. Culture helps to establish a sense of identity, as well as to set values, behaviors, and purpose for individuals within a society. Culture may also contribute to a divide between specific interpretations of cultural behavior and societal norms. What one culture may deem as appropriate another culture may find inappropriate. As a result, it is important for advanced practice nurses to remain aware of cultural considerations and interpretations of behavior for diagnosis, especially with reference to substance-related disorders. At the same time, PMHNPs must balance their professional and legal responsibilities for assessment and diagnosis with such cultural considerations and interpretations.

and it takes an employee an average of 10 minutes to complete copying. The fast copier rents for $15 per hour, and it takes an employee an average of six minutes to complete copying. On average, four employees per hour need to use the copying machine. (Assume the copying times and interarrival times to the copying machine
are exponentially distributed.) Which machine should the department rent to minimize expected total cost per hour?
32-A power company located in southern Alabama wants to predict the peak power load (i.e., the maximum amount of power that must be generated each day to meet demand) as a function of the daily high temperature (X). A random sample of 25 summer days is chosen, and the peak power load and the high temperature are recorded each day. The file P13_32.xlsx contains these observations.
Create a scatterplot for these data. Comment on the observed relationship between Y and X.
Estimate an appropriate regression equation to predict the peak power load for this power |company. Interpret the estimated regression coefficients.
Analyze the estimated equation’s residuals.
Do they suggest that the regression equation is adequate? If not, return to part b and revise your equation. Continue to revise the equation until the results are satisfactory.
Use your final equation to predict the peak power load on a summer day with a high temperature of 100 degrees.

Use of Excel in Forecasting Problems
Excel Analysis Tool Pack
The Excel Analysis Tool Pack is an Excel add-in that is typically included in the Excel screen tool bar after you select the DATA tab. The icon will be titled: “Data Analysis” and is located on the right side of the tool bar. If the tool pack is not appearing, go to the Excel add-ins to add the tool pack to your spreadsheet toolbar. This tool pack contains a number of basic data analysis tools that you may be familiar with; such as: Correlation, Descriptive Statistics, Exponential Smoothing, Histograms, Moving Averages, and so on.
I recommended that you access the tool pack by selecting the “Data Analysis” icon and review the various analysis tools. To get a detailed description of an analtyical tool, select the tool, select Help, and then scroll down the screen to select the function. For instance: Select “Data Analysis” icon à Select “Correlation” à Select “Help” à scroll to the later part of screen to select “Correlation” again à this will provide you with a definition of the function.
Informational video for your review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4lAvbp-yVs8
This informational video will illustrate the use of the Excel data analysis tool for various statistical functions, such as: mean, median, hypothesis, regression analysis. The intent of this video is to ensure that you are aware of additional Excel analysis capabilities, how to access the Tool Pack and what some of the analytical capabilities are.
Hint: There are a number of interactive tutorials online…so, do not hesitate to search the web for additional information. A link for the Lynda tutorial site was provided earlier in the course. However, here is access information if you have not use Lynda as yet: To start using Lynda, go to -> www.esc.edu/lynda (you will need to put this link in your browser). When prompted, log in with your ESC College credentials (email address & password).
Creating Graphics and Including Analysis Results
When working on the two forecasting problems in this Module, it is important that you demonstrate the correct use of Excel analytics by creating: Scattergrams, adding Trendlines, including Regression data / Regression Equation, identifying R-squared value and the use of linear, exponential, power curves for Best Fit analysis, and on so. Finally, graphics should be appropriately labeled (x and y axis). All of these analysis functions can be found in the Excel tool bar after you insert the scattergram plot to your spreadsheet (based on the data that is provided). Once the basic graphic has been created, select the graphic and the tool bar will display the Chart tools: Design, Layout, Format. Select “Layout” to obtain access to the analytical tools required to complete your chart. When asked to interpret data – use your graphic display and analytical results to facilitate the interpretation. For instance: Interpret the estimated regression coefficients? Use the Regression Equation to identify the coefficients and then provide a brief discussion regarding the influence of the coeficients. Be sure it is a “Best Fit” solution. Check your R2 values.
Video – Trend Lines and Regression Analysis in Excel (12 min):
The intent of the following video is to provide you with an overview of adding a trend line to a chart along with the Excel regression analysis. (Note: Video is actually 12 min versus a stated run time of 15 min.)
Again, There are a number of good tutorials online…so, do not hesitate to search the web for additional information. A link for the Lynda tutorial site was provided earlier in the course.

GO19_AC_CH02_GRADER_2E_HW – Biology Supplies 1.1
Project Description:
In this project, you will use a database to answer questions about biology laboratory supplies at a college. You will open and save an existing database, create a relationship between two tables, sort records in a table, create queries in Design view, create queries from existing queries, sort query results, and specify criteria in a query.
Start Access. Open the downloaded file named Student_Access_2E_Biology_Supplies.accdb, and enable the content.
Using Vendor ID as the common field, create a one-to-many relationship between the 2E Vendors table and the 2E Biology Lab Supplies table. Enforce referential integrity and enable both cascade options.
Create a relationship report with normal margins. Save it as 2E Relationships Close all open objects.
In the last record of the 2E Vendors table, change the data in the Vendor ID field from V-100 to V-001, save and then close the table. (The related records in the 2E Biology Lab Supplies table will automatically update.)
Open your 2E Biology Lab Supplies table. Sort the records first in Descending order by Price Per Item and then in Ascending order by Category. Close the table, saving changes to the table.
Create a query in Query Design view based on the 2E Biology Lab Supplies table to answer the question: What is the item ID, item name, room, location, and quantity in stock for all of the items, sorted in ascending order by the Room field and the Location field? Display the fields in the order listed in the question. Save the query as 2E Items by Room Query. Close the query.
Copy the 2E Items by Room Query to create a new query with the name 2E Item Categories Query. Redesign the query to answer the question: What is the item ID, item name, category, vendor ID, and quantity in stock for all items, sorted in ascending order by the Category field and the Vendor ID field? Display only the fields necessary to answer the question and in the order listed in the question. Be sure that the fields are sorted in the correct order in Design view, so that the results display the categories in ascending order, then the Vendor IDs within each category in ascending order. Close the query, saving the design changes.
Copy the 2E Items by Room Query to create a new query with the name 2E Supplies Sort Query. Redesign the query to answer the question: What is the item name, category, price per item, and quantity in stock for all supplies, sorted in ascending order by the Category field and then in descending order by the Price Per Item field? Display only the fields necessary to answer the question and in the order listed in the question. Close the query, saving the design changes.
Copy the 2E Supplies Sort Query to create a new query with the name 2E Kits Query. Redesign the query to answer the question: What is item name, category, price per item, quantity in stock, and vendor ID for all items that have a category of kits, sorted in ascending order by the Item Name field? Do not display the Category field in the query results, and display the rest of the fields in the order listed in the question. Run the query; six records match the criteria. Close the query, saving the design changes
Create a query in Query Design view based on the 2E Vendors table to answer the question: What is the vendor ID, vendor name, and phone number where the phone number is blank, sorted in ascending order by the Vendor Name field? Display the fields in the order listed in the question. Run the query; two records match the criteria. Save the query as 2E Missing Phone Query. Close the query.
Be sure that all database objects are closed, open the Navigation Pane, and then close Access. Submit the Student_Access_2E_Biology_Supplies.accdb database as directed.

How similar or dissimilar are the social relations in each society to those of mid-century America? TCM 701 1 PRITCHARD SOAP COMPANY PART A – Essay Limo admission essay help: admission essay help
TCM 701 1
PRITCHARD SOAP COMPANY PART A
Samantha (Sam) Calderon is manager of a project that will completely alter the method of adding perfume to Pritchard Soap’s “Queen Elizabeth” gift soap line. The new process will greatly extend the number of available scents and should result in a significant increase in sales. The project had been proceeding reasonably well, but fell several weeks behind when the perfume supplier, the Stephen Marcus Parfumissary, was unable to meet its delivery deadline because of a wildcat strike. Under normal circumstances this would not have caused problems, but the project had been subject to a particularly long evaluation study and now was in danger of not being ready for the holiday season. The major scheduling problem concerned Pritchard’s toxicity lab. Kyle Lee, lab manager, had been most cooperative in scheduling the Queen Elizabeth perfumes for toxicity testing. He had gone out of his way to rearrange his own schedule to accommodate Sam’s project. Because of the strike at Marcus, however, Sam cannot have the perfumes ready for test as scheduled, and the new test date Lee has given Sam will not allow her to make the new line available by the holidays. Sam suspects that the project might not have been approved if senior management had known that they would miss this year’s holiday season. Discussion Question: Research the term “wildcat strike” before proceeding with your post. What was the source of change in this project and how will it affect the project’s priority?

You work in the marketing department of a U.S. based company that produces bottled water. Your state university just published a report on their year-long study of bottled water, which concluded there is virtually no health advantages in bottled water over tap water. Your company has been working on a campaign strategy focusing on the health benefits of bottled water over tap water. This strategy resulted in a celebrity endorsement and media blitz that cost the company $105,000.00 in time, money and other resources. The CEO does not want to suspend the campaign and start over but rather wants to move forward in launching with social media, TV, radio, and newspaper ads. You decide to present the dilemma to your marketing team so as a team you can address the issues before the campaign launches.
Instructions
Review the situation and conduct scholarly research on consumer protection and advertising. Create a PowerPoint presentation for the marketing team that includes slides that evaluate the particular business situation, the regulatory compliance involved, as well as the benefits and disadvantages of moving forward with such a marketing campaign. Address the following:
What agency(ies) and regulation(s) govern advertising of consumer products such as bottled water?
What is the purpose of consumer protection as it relates to truthful advertising?
What are the consequences for non-compliance with federal and/or state regulations (students should use their own state of residence regulations) around consumer products and services?
What recommendations would you offer that comply with regulations and could still promote the product for the company?
Be sure the presentation displays all appropriate slides (title, conclusion, reference, etc.), proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, and references in APA format.
Include speaker notes section of each slide that includes what you would say when presenting your PowerPoint to the team.
