On the other hand, those in support of Federal health policy say that states lack the funding to be able to address often complex healthcare issues and that states are ill-equipped to account for domestic migration from other states in their health policies. (Domestic migration is a term to account for when people move from one state to another state. Some times domestic migration is based on economic opportunities [think silicon valley] and other times it is based on demographics [like retirees moving south for the weather and low cost of living]. What do you say? Should health policy be restricted to state governments as opposed to federal government or should the federal government oversee health policy?
