Assessment Descriiption
Review evidence-based or integrative models of couples or family therapy. Select a couples or family therapy model from your research and create a 5-10-slide PowerPoint presentation that summarizes the selected model. Be sure to include the following elements for the model:
An overview of the theorist(s) who developed the model
An overview of the major concepts in the model
An overview of the skills and/or interventions in the selected model
A descriiption of the population and mental health concerns in which the model has been shown to be effective
Include a minimum of three scholarly sources (peer-reviewed journal articles, books, etc.)
Title slide and reference slide are not included in the slide count. Include speaker notes below each content-related slide that represent what would be said if giving the presentation in person. Expand upon the information included in the slide and do not simply restate it. Please ensure the speaker notes include a minimum of 150 words.

Construct a research question that could be experimentally investigated and then provide the following information about this research issue.
My research question is ________________________.
The relation expressed in my research question is ________________________.
The research question can be empirically tested because _______________________.
The hypothesis I want to test is _____________________.
Now that you have a research question, please conduct a literature review using databases specified here:
a. Conduct a mini-literature review of the information relating to your research topic using PSYCINFO databases
b. List the search terms you want to use when searching PSYCINFO.
c. Identify three articles (RECENT ARTICLES from 2015 to 2021) related to your research question. For each of these articles, provide the following information:
(i)Author(s)
(ii)Title
(iii)Journal
(iv)Study hypothesis or purpose
(v)Results, or what the study found

Psychology Assignment Help Instructions: Before research can begin, it needs approval from an Institutional Review Board (IRB), or a committee of researchers and community members who determine whether the proposed study safeguards both the research participants and the researchers. For human research, the IRB relies on proposals from researchers that include an informed consent form, debriefing statements, study materials, and information about the population to be studied.
Your task is to imagine you are a member of an IRB and you received the proposals below. After reading each proposal, answer the questions that follow.
Proposal 1
The suggestibility of eyewitnesses is well documented in psychology, especially with children. For example, the 1983 investigation into alleged child sexual abuse at the McMartin Preschool in Manhattan Beach, California, involved claims of up to 360 children suffering sexual abuse (and even witnessing satanic rituals!), though court witnesses questioned the validity of the claims, arguing that interrogations of the children during the investigation relied on coercive, improper, and distorted questions, leading the children to incorporate misinformation into their memories. Researchers are now interested in seeing how child participants respond to a misinformation scenario in which a revered public servant (a fireman) allegedly slapped a child.
Procedure: Researchers are seeking IRB approval for a study in which 6- to 10-year-old children view a 4-minute videotape in which a firefighter tells a child not to play with the fireman’s hat. After gentle (but suggestive) questioning by a police “interrogator” in the video, the child actor incorrectly claims that the fireman slapped him when in fact this event never occurred—the fireman simply asked the child to not play with the hat. In an attempt to test a theory-based hypothesis for why the child actor in the video misremembered the fireman slapping him, the researchers want to ask new child participants (who will view the video) why the child actor made the incorrect statement.
1.As an IRB member, what else would you like to know about the study before accepting it or rejecting it?(worth 5 points)
2.Do you think this study would really pass an IRB board? Please explain your response.(worth 5 points)
a assignment for PSY 625 Biological Bases of Behavior. This assignment is a continuation of a paper which was completed prior to this week. It lists in the instruction what topics now need be discussed. I will attach the previous paper which was completed on the subject matter. This assignment needs to be completed by 01/10/21 by 5pm. Please if you have any questions feel free to let me know. This assignment needs to be completed on time and in APA format.
For this assignment, you will start exploring the topic for your final project. Your final project will be a review of either a brain based disease or of a brain process. For example, you could do a review of the neuroscience behind schizophrenia or you could discuss the neuroscience behind vision. You may use your textbook as a guide to help you select a topic and obtain initial sources of information. Be sure to choose topics that are clearly brain-based and not those topics, such as addiction and abuse that have large social components. If you have questions about the suitability of your topic you should contact your instructor. In your paper, Examine the neural structures involved in your topic by choosing, naming, and explaining the roles of 3 or more specific and relevant regions of the brain or nervous system. For example, your topic might involve regions such as the frontal lobes, amygdala, hippocampus, thalamus, brain stem, spinal cord, and/or others. Describe the role each of those structures play in the disorder or process you have chosen. Use at least two paragraphs for each named region and include explanations of their normal function and what happens to those regions in your disorder or process of choice. Avoid using popular sources or non-peer reviewed information. The Topic Selection: Final Paper Part 1 paper Must be three double-spaced pages in length (not including title and references pages) and formatted according to APA Style as outlined in the University of Arizona Global Campus Writing Center’s APA Style (Links to an external site.) resource. Must include a separate title page with the following: Title of paper Student’s name Course name and number Instructor’s name Date submitted For further assistance with the formatting and the title page, refer to APA Formatting for Word 2013 (Links to an external site.). Must utilize academic voice. See the Academic Voice (Links to an external site.) resource for additional guidance. Must include an introduction and conclusion paragraph. Your introduction paragraph needs to end with a clear thesis statement that indicates the purpose of your paper. For assistance on writing Introductions
