there also is a sample of what it should look like. Each of the questions i sent you are questions that i got wrong in a test. For each question you will see what the right answer is. For each question you will determine why did got the question wrong, if it was because i did not know the pathophysiology, the medication, the test or procedure, the labs, if it is a pschychiatric/mental health question, safety and infection question…….etc……… then you remediate in the correct session. Each incorrect question must have 2-3 sentences of remediation documented. PLEASE LOOK AT THE SAMPLE. ALSO ASK QUESTIONS IF UNCLEAR.
