Week 8 Assignment: Personal and Group Exercise Training and Conditioning Program

Your final assignment will require you to design two exercise training and conditioning programs. One for yourself, and one for a group. Be sure to use the excellent information regarding strength and conditioning training provided to you via your weekly lessons, and readings to assist you with possible exercise choices. You will include a formal reference page, 3-5 sources are required, 6 is acceptable also. These references should be from your required readings, and should be used within your assignment in the form of in text citations. If you did not use a source as an in text citation then it does not belong in the reference page.
Include an Introduction (the heading will be a title one heading and will not say “introduction” but rather the chosen title of your Final Assignment). Tell your audience, where you are going to go with this paper.
Include a Conclusion (The heading will be a title one heading and will say Conclusion, in bold and centered). Remind your audience where you have taken them in your paper, do not bring up anything new in this paragraph. If it is new, it belongs in another portion of your paper.
Use the Trefry Library APA 7th Edition links, and your week 4 assignment template for heading, spacing and formatting reminders.

This is an essay based on Act II Scenes III-IV of Shakespears Macbeth.
When faced with terror or sorrow, you sometimes need a release for your emotions. Humor can provide the necessary respite from what might otherwise be an overwhelming situation. This cathartic release is something Shakespeare—the master of human psychology—understood all too well. In his famous porter scene, which you will read next, he finds a way to incorporate wit and whimsy to give us a chance to recover, temporarily, from the death of Duncan.
Essential Questions
How are playwrights influenced by both history and audience?
What are the innate conflicts in the concepts of fate and free will?
What do you expect from our heroes?
How does a play’s setting affect the atmosphere of a scene?
Is there any relationship between actions and character?
Objectives
Read and analyze the text thoroughly
Define new vocabulary and use in illustrative sentences
Define and identify comic relief
Define a pun and explore its use in the porter’s speech
Explore the notion of the Great Chain of Being and its application to these two scenes
Select a topic and develop a rough draft of a persuasive essay on the play

In this paper you will select one of the theories covered in this course to apply to a film. Your job is to use the theory to explain what happens in the film—how that communication theory provides a unique insight on the plot, relationship(s), conflict, characters, or other aspect of the movie. The focus may be on how a specific theory can help us understand how communication is used to initiate, maintain, and/or terminate relationships; you can use a theory to understand the communication between two characters or more characters in the movie; your focus could also be on how two or more characters pursue choices that make or do not make sense within the theoretical framework offered by a particular theory. You should identify specific aspects of the theory and argue for how the film illustrates these elements of the theory. (200 points, 1500 words) – Shrek (2001) is the movie I choose
