Counterintelligence Assignment/Buy Homework Help persuasive essay help

You are an intelligence analyst for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) assigned to the Counterintelligence (CI) Division. You have been embedded on the Kartesia Country Team and are responsible for producing a counterintelligence assessment to forecast the potential counterintelligence threat posed by Kartesia.

Homework For You

For many years, Kartesia and the United States have been political and economic adversaries. Kartesia, which is led by an oppressive dictatorship, has long feared that the United States will initiate military action against it to topple the regime and institute a democratic form of government. Although Kartesia’s ability to engage the United States in traditional warfare is limited, it has a very well developed and sophisticated intelligence apparatus that it deploys in the United States, as well as against the U.S. presence within Kartesia in other third world countries. The Kartesia Intelligence Services (KIS) also heavily target antiregime elements in the United States, most of which exist within several large Kartesian émigré communities located throughout the country. Kartesia also has a long history of supporting other groups and countries that are hostile to the United States, including providing financial and logistical support to terrorist groups.

The U.S. intelligence community (USIC) has designated Kartesia a high-priority target, as is reflected in the National Intelligence Priorities Framework (NIPF). FBI resources dedicated to countering the intelligence activities of Kartesia in the United States are also in a position to fill these broader USIC requirements. One topic of particular concern to the USIC is whether Kartesia has a program to develop weapons of mass destruction (WMD), and if so, what its plans, capabilities, and intentions are.

Community Intervention Program Proposal Assignment | Top Essay Writing persuasive essay help

he final project involves designing a new community intervention program appropriate for implementation within an organizational (e.g., school, clinic, NGO), system (e.g., school district, statewide community mental health) or community setting, for the purpose of addressing a key social issue of interest to you.

Top Essay Writing Help

Potential issues include but are not restricted to marginalization, oppression, discrimination, immigration, power, diversity, adaptation, or recovery. Proposed programs can be situated within domestic or global contexts. This is a program proposal for classwork only and you will not be directly contacting people who work in your community.

In developing your program, be sure to attend to the key components outlined and discussed by Nelson and Prilleltensky (2010):

  1. The issues or problems addressed
  2. The values reflected in the program      approach and methods
  3. The conceptual foundation of the      program
  4. The action and research tools      (i.e., the “science of CP”)

Your program will reflect:

· values and principles that are consistent with the transformative goals of community psychology (i.e., address liberation and well-being);

· reflect a holistic model (i.e., reflect the synergistic person-ecology relationship and address personal, relational, and collective well-being);

· involves stakeholders in a participatory process;

· has a clear conceptual (theory/paradigm) foundation;

· and makes use of research and action/intervention tools relevant to the project purpose and consistent with the conceptual foundation.

You may find it helpful to review the guidelines for program analysis in Program Critique document, to make sure that you have adequately addressed the key components.

The final project consists of two parts: The Program Proposal and the IRB Proposal

Part I.  Program proposal The Program Proposal should be double spaced, have a cover page, be in APA format, and include current sources. Always find a way to weave in current peer reviewed journals into your work. Other sources which talk about the need for the program might be from the CDC, the WHO, the NIH, or other reliable sources of data and trends.

The Program Proposal should include the following sections:

  1. Rationale and significance, which      should address the following:

    1. Theoretical       (conceptual/paradigmatic) and empirical (research) foundations
    2. Importance of the topic (e.g.,       based on needs relevant to general population or specific context)
    3. Potential significance of the       project with regard to promoting personal, relational, and collective       well-being
    4. Current data supporting the need       for this program

  2. Review of relevant literature
  3. Purpose of the program
  4. Proposed context, environment, and      setting for the program
  5. Proposed participants/population in      the program, including relevant stakeholder groups involved in developing,      implementing, evaluating, sustaining, and/or institutionalizing the      program efforts
  6. Proposed action and research      methodology for design, implementation, and evaluation
  7. Legal, ethical, sociopolitical, and      economic considerations (and plan for addressing potential challenges with      regard to these issues)

Part II. Program ProposalIRB Proposal

The IRB Proposal involves the considerations for protection of human subjects and applies to the formative and evaluative research components of the proposed project. If you want to get program funding each year you will have to submit collected data to show the difference the program has made. What data would you need to collect to see if the program was effective? This would be the research questions under section #11. Use the Walden IRB form (In the Course Info) for developing your IRB proposal (read sections related to human subjects’ research). The IRB Proposal is submitted to the course instructor, not to the university IRB. Complete and submit only the “IRB application” form to the drop box. Complete and submit the form for this assignment.  Get Psychology homework help today

The Developmental Significance Of Work And Career Assignment | Top Essay Writing persuasive essay help

Regardless of education, individuals entering the workforce will spend, on average, one third of the week at work.

Top Essay Writing Help

Work encompasses a large part of an individual’s life, and society often places great importance on selecting a career that aligns to one’s talents, interests, abilities, and needs. While the theories surrounding the process of career selection vary, many experts identify this type of self-knowledge as a key marker for career success and fulfillment.

For this Discussion, you will reflect on the developmental significance of work and career. You will also consider how a career in the counseling field can add meaning to your life.

Post by Day 3 an explanation of the developmental significance and meaning of work and career. Use two theories in this week’s Learning Resources to support your post. Finally, explain how your decision to pursue the counseling profession may add meaning to your life.

Discussion 2

Pair bonding is globally acknowledged as the life-long, monogamous relationship that many individuals strive to achieve. With roots in attachment theory, pair bonding in adulthood has been viewed as following a developmental pattern similar to that which individuals experience with primary caregivers. Fraley and Shaver (2000) noted that “adults typically feel safer and more secure when their partner is nearby, accessible, and responsive” (p. 132). A pair bond can provide a sense of security—an emotional “shelter” and safe place in which one can be vulnerable. Pair bonding is biologically driven. Its manifestations vary widely depending on individual life experiences, expectations, and constructs about self and others.

With this in mind, think about whether you believe adult pair bonding is the same as marriage. If pair bonding is a biological, innate part of being human, why might so many marriages and relationships fail?

For this Discussion, review the Learning Resources and consider influences on and motivations for pair bonding.

Post by Day 4 a description of two influences on or motivations for pair bonding. Then, explain two benefits and two challenges in maintaining stable, long-term relationships in adulthood. Be sure to include how environmental and/or socio-cultural influences impact pair bonding. Finally, explain how relationship challenges may motivate individuals to seek assistance from a counselor. Justify your response with theories from the Learning Resources and current literature.

Top Essay Writing Help

Scenario:

You have been hired as a counselor in a local community agency that offers services to victims and survivors of intimate partner violence. Your first client is a 33-year old female war veteran who returned from Afghanistan one year ago. She enlisted in the army right after high school and has been married for 7 years. She reported that the physical abuse started in the third year of her marriage. She described serving in Afghanistan as a “piece of cake” compared to what she experiences at home. Since returning from Afghanistan your client acknowledges that her husband has physically abused her at least once a month. She wants to leave but stated that she has no place to go and cannot find a job. She expressed disappointment over the treatment she has received from the government since returning home. She suffers from depression, insomnia, and it is believed that she may suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Your client reports that she has lost 20 pounds in the last 3 months. She describes feeling trapped, isolated, alone, and scared and is relying on you to help her. You have been asked to present your case at the faculty meeting in two weeks. You have decided to prepare a PowerPoint presentation that emphasizes your advocacy and wellness approach to working with the client.

Instructions:

  1. Review the ACA Advocacy Competencies and Competency Domains.
  2. Create a PowerPoint presentation that:

    1. Introduces your advocacy plan (who, what, and why?).
    2. Elaborates on the relevant competency domains that you believe are most applicable to your work with the client.
    3. Describes how you will use the related counselor advocacy competencies to assist your client (be specific regarding each relevant counselor competency per domain).
    4. Identifies issues in your client’s life that affect her overall wellness.
    5. Includes suggestions to help your client improve her physical, cognitive, emotional, and social wellness.

  3. The presentation should include no more than 10–14 slides.
  4. The presentation should be created using a Microsoft PowerPoint template that reflects professional, graduate-level scholarship.

Your final product will be a 10- to 14-slide Microsoft PowerPoint presentation written in APA format, utilizing at least five scholarly sources. Use the speaker notes feature to provide necessary detail and to keep the presentation screen from being overcrowded.

Portfolio Requirement:

As a student in the CMHC program, you are required to create a portfolio documenting both your academic work and professional activities completed during your time in the program. The Advocacy in Action presentation is an appropriate piece of evidence to add to your portfolio.
